I believe you have reached the only relevant list for this topic, and
the lack of response is simply that no-one has been able to give
priority to this translation.  It is the reason I did not reply, at
least.

Is it possible to contribute to the manpages-l10n project using a web
based translation editor like Weblate or Transifex?
